Director of PHM Strategy and Capacity Planning- Population Health Management (تكليف داخلي)

1. Support development of the PHM strategy and objectives to achieve Cluster goals and aspirations.
2. Define PHM priorities and develop annual plan and milestones.
3. Coordinate activities in line with national guidelines (CNHI, HHC requirements)
4. Ensure proper allocation of resources across PHM projects.
5. Conduct capacity planning for workforce and clinical services (including population projections,

Qualification Requirement:

* MD or Ph.D in epidemiology or health scince or Management Information Systems

* MSc  in epidemiology or health scince or Management Information Systems

*BSc in epidemiology or health scince or management information systems

Experience Requirement:

* 6 years post qualification experience and (2) years of experience in management role with PhD or MD

* 8 years post qualification experience and (4) years of experience for MSc

* 10 years post qualification experience and (6) years of experience for BSc
