Executive Director of Beneficiary Standards and Improvements (Internal Assignment for Cluster Employees / تكليف داخلي متاح لموظفي التجمع)
Summary:
Responsible to lead the design, development and report on the beneficiary standards and improvement plans, initiatives and programs across the Cluster.
Requirements:
Healthcare administration or related field background, extensive experience in patient experience and quality improvement, strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and quality improvement methodologies, commitment to patient centered care principles and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
Education Requirements:
PhD degree in health system administration, public health, clinical specialty or related field
Master's degree in health system administration, public health, clinical specialty or related field
Bachelor's degree in health system administration, public health, clinical specialty or related field
Experience Requirements:
Eight (8) years’ experience in related field, with at least 4 years’ senior managerial experience, PhD
Ten (10) years’ experience in related field, with at least 6 years’ senior managerial experience, Master's degree
Twelve (12) years’ experience in related field, with at least 8 years senior managerial experience for Bachelor's degree.
Skills
Demonstrated experience management in Beneficiary Experience standards and improvement approach Able to learn national regulatory compliance obligations. Demonstrated experience of implementing a service measurement and improvement. Able to work cooperatively and strategically in a multicultural team environment with all levels of healthcare professionals, technical and administrative staff. Capacity to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees. Proven background of positive experiences engaging with senior executives and various internal and external stakeholders in a healthcare setting. Highly responsive, ethical and responsible behavior with a professional approach and willingness to be held accountable for results. |
