JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Health Services Administration.
- Masters Degree in Health Services Administration.
Experience:
Eight (8) years of experience in a hospital setting with at least Four (4) years of experience in a managerial role in a hospital setting.
Additional Requirement:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Registered with Saudi Health Commission for Health Specialties.
Skills
- Proven skills in providing in management, including the ability to motivate, set standards and demand accountability.
- Capital Demand Planning and Project Finance experience and background.
- Demonstrated evidence of developing operational plans.
- Proven background of positive experiences engaging with various internal and external stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
- Experienced in cost effective operation and project planning.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- In depth cost reduction skills demonstrated within a Supply Chain environment.
- Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project Line management or team leader experience
- Able to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
- Able to work cooperatively and strategically in a multicultural team environment with all levels of healthcare professionals, technical and administrative staff.
- Capacity to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments /staff.
- Highly responsive, ethical and responsible behavior with a professional approach and willingness to be held accountable for results.
