Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships- Population Health Management (تكليف داخلي)

1. Support resource mobilization in the relevant community
2. Assists residents in locating and taking advantage of community services.
3. Interpret and explain community services to patients, and appropriate community agencies within the scope of community health
4. Coordinate active patient initiatives and community support groups.
5. Manage, communicate, and share relevant and on-going information and reports with local partners.

Qualification Requirement:

* MD or Ph.D in epidemiology or health scince or Management Information Systems

* MSc in epidemiology or health scince or Management Information Systems

*BSc in epidemiology or health scince or management information systems

Experience Requirement:

* 6 years post qualification experience and (2) years of experience in management role with PhD or MD

* 8 years post qualification experience and (4) years of experience for MSc

* 10 years post qualification experience and (6) years of experience for BSc
